A few years ago, we invited Stryten Energy to our Stars and Stripes fishing tournament, and little did we know it would spark a mission close to their hearts.
Rodger, an incredible member of the Stryten family, shared how our organization moved him, inspiring the Stryten team to conquer the January Madness cornhole tournament. During an epic comeback in the championship round, down 0-16, Rodger and his teammate Petar’s perseverance paid off with a triumphant 21-18 victory!
As a result, Rivers of Recovery received a total of $161k from the 31 teams participating in the tournament!! Yes, you read that correctly, $161k from a cornhole tournament!! THAT is AMAZING!!
